Hermitage Hotel, Mar del Plata

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing despite the hotel claiming to be a 5-star. The location was the only standout feature, being close to the beach. The room was small and basic with no amenities, which felt like a stretch for the price. The breakfast was limited and not at all what you’d expect from a higher-rated hotel. The indoor pool was also a letdown, with poor water quality that made it unusable.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was quite disappointed. While the location is fantastic, everything else felt subpar for what they claim to be a five-star hotel. Rooms were cramped and lacking basic amenities like coffee facilities and even a glass. The dining experience was unsatisfactory, barely qualifying as complimentary breakfast. On the bright side, the lobby was elegant, and the staff at the bar were friendly and helpful.
